Sandy Pointe Subdivision, Section One (a 6.6-acre, 22-lot development in Brenham, Texas) included paving and drainage improvements with flexible base, hot mix asphaltic concrete, curb and gutter, curb inlets, valley gutters, RCP storm sewer and turf establishment. In connection with the subdivision development, the City of Brenham extended utilities along East Pecan Street-Loesch Street, including approximately 450 linear feet of 2-inch and 800 linear feet of 4-inch polyethylene gas line, 300 linear feet of 6-inch and 300 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer line and 300 linear feet of 12-inch PVC water line, fire hydrants, manholes, valves and service connections.
