TeasWood Subdivision, Section II (a 180-acre, 132-lot urban estate development in the City of Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas) began with a feasibility study which consisted of a concept plan and preliminary opinion of probable cost; roadways and drainage; wastewater collection and treatment; water supply and distribution; electrical, telephone, gas and cable and engineering and surveying. Preliminary and final plats and a land study were prepared and submitted to the City of Conroe and Montgomery County for approval. Flood studies were conducted on Middle Fork of White Oak Creek. Paving, drainage and utility improvements included water distribution lines with fire protection, water plant expansion, sanitary sewer distribution lines and lift stations, asphalt paving, open ditch drainage and storm water detention.
