Box 910 Navasota, Texas 77868-0910 Attn: Gary Johnson Director of Public Works 936-825-6450 City of Navasota Comprehensive Wastewater Treatment Study consisted of an inventory of existing facilities, operational methods, flow data, test results, planning documents and maintenance records with base mapping of the sewage treatment plant site and adjoining tracts; studying biological/chemical mass and hydraulic characteristics of the influent to evaluate the system demand and project five-, ten-, fifteen- and twenty-year future demands; identifying and evaluating State and Federal regulations, administrative practices, policies and ordinances in relation to future projects; evaluating on a component-by-component basis Navasotas ability to treat current demand with existing facilities within regulatory requirements; providing a model that addressed the systems current and future growth requirements with alternative designs considering method, space, cost and future regulatory requirements; outlining a capital improvements program and preparing a report with results, findings and conclusions.
