Charles A. Kalkomey has twenty-seven (27) years of experience in project management, project engineering, and civil design. His responsibilities include fiscal management and ownership of an engineering and a surveying firm providing consulting engineering services to both the public and private sectors. Mr. Kalkomey has managed and designed many drainage related projects, as well as water improvements, sanitary sewerage improvements, street improvements, and planning studies.
