University Ranch (Traditions Golf Course) Utility Improvements provided infrastructure to the 940-acre golf course community located just east of SH 47 and south of Villa Maria Road in the City of Bryan, Texas. Due to a limited timeframe, several engineering firms teamed to complete the tasks. PK=s role involved the design of sanitary sewer mains, water mains and reclaimed water mains. PK performed construction observation and assisted the lead surveyor on an as-needed basis.
