RESPONSIBILITIES

John E. Pledger, III is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pledger Kalkomey, Inc. - Consulting Engineers. He is responsible for company management, client contact, business development and project supervision. Mr. Pledger has authored comprehensive plans for municipalities, feasibility and proforma reports for development and specialized civil engineering studies. Project design and construction management for airports, subdivisions, municipal utilities, street paving, drainage and traffic control have been successfully completed under his direction. He is familiar with all aspects of land surveying having supervised assignments for land title, mapping, right-of-way acquisition, oil/gas exploration, design and construction. In addition, Mr. Pledger has experience in the preparation of applications for and management of state and federal grant or loan programs.
